Natural Pet Shield Inc., a Texas Corporation, doing business as PulseCaller, was founded in 2025 to make Medicare easier to navigate for English- and Spanish-speaking Americans.
We are a small, independent operator. We do not work for any one carrier. We publish education, host community, and route calls — that's the whole business.
Three purposes
Every decision is weighed against these three, in this order. User trust always wins over revenue optimization. We say so out loud so we can be held to it.

We publish plain-language Medicare education. Our content engine runs through a CMS-compliance gate before anything is published, and we ship the CMS-exact disclaimer footer on every consumer page.
Connect
We host a moderated peer-to-peer community. PHI detection runs server-side before any human review. No solicitation is tolerated.
Sustain
We route consumer calls through audited pay-per-call campaigns with named network partners. Postbacks are real-time. Every admin mutation is logged.
