Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to pulsecaller.com, operated by Natural Pet Shield Inc., a Texas Corporation (doing business as PulseCaller). Our consumer brands (my65playbook.com, escogemedicare.com) publish their own privacy policies that mirror this one with brand-specific additions.

What we collect

On this corporate site we collect only what you give us through the contact, partnership inquiry, or Do Not Call forms — your name, your email, optionally your phone number, and the contents of your message. We collect minimal analytics (page views, country-level geolocation) to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, to honor opt-out requests, and to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share form submissions with partner networks.

How we share data with pay-per-call partner networks (consumer brands only)

On our consumer brands, when you place an inbound call and the call is routed to a partner network's licensed agent, we share the call (with consumer notice and consent for recording) and the metadata necessary to attribute the call (originating campaign, timestamp, IVR selections). We do not transmit Protected Health Information.

Named partner networks

We maintain a current list of pay-per-call partner networks we share consumer-brand call data with. The list is available on request at the privacy email below.

OPERATOR TODO — fill before going live: Replace this paragraph with the maintained list of named pay-per-call network partners (or keep it as a contact-on-request promise if you prefer not to publish names — but networks usually want to see at least one named partnership before approval).

Your rights (CCPA / state privacy laws)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email the privacy contact below.

Your rights (GDPR — visitors from the EU)

If you visit from the EU, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any right, email the privacy contact below.

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies on this corporate site. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set here. Our consumer brands set additional cookies and disclose them in their own policies.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained for two years and then deleted, unless required to retain longer for a legal or regulatory reason.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults navigating Medicare, which is generally 65+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Contact us about privacy
