What we do

We operate compliant, bilingual Medicare lead-generation properties — consumer brands with AI-assisted editorial, a moderated peer community, and a content engine that ships only after passing a CMS marketing-rule gate. We route consumer calls through audited pay-per-call campaigns to licensed agents supplied by partner networks.

Traffic sources

Every call originates from one of these surfaces — no incentivized traffic, no co-reg, no email-rented lists:

  • Organic search on our editorial articles (English and Spanish), built around CMS-aware plain-language explainers.
  • Branded direct response — visitors who came to the brand by name (typed URL, word of mouth, repeat visits).
  • Peer-to-peer community engagement — visitors who joined the community first and chose to call after reading.
  • Bilingual content distribution — podcast, short-form video, and social. The CMS-exact TPMO disclaimer footers every consumer page.

Compliance program

Implemented and verifiable in production:

  • Operations subject to CMS Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) marketing rules under 42 CFR §422.2267(e)(41); registration with CMS is in progress.
  • CMS-exact disclaimer footer on every consumer page, in the consumer's language.
  • TCPA-compliant call flows — express written consent captured before any outbound contact; DNC scrubs honored.
  • No PHI is collected in any public-facing form. Server-side PHI detection (regex-based, no AI) runs before any human review on community posts; detected PHI is never auto-approved.
  • Inbound webhooks are verified with Ed25519 signatures (Telnyx) before any handler runs.
  • Every admin mutation writes an audit_log entry atomically with the mutation in a single Firestore WriteBatch.
  • Sliding-window rate limits per endpoint, per IP.
  • AI-generated content (articles, podcasts, video, social) self-corrects against CMS/TPMO violations and fails closed — non-compliant content is never returned.

Voice AI disclosure

We operate an AI voice agent (internally called ClawdTalk) over Telnyx for inbound calls. Callers are told they are speaking to an AI before any qualifying question. Transfers to a live licensed agent happen on caller request or on lead-scoring thresholds. No PHI is captured by the voice agent.

Verticals

Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Part D — in English and Spanish. Consumer-facing toll-free numbers route via 800.com forwarding rules; we do not swap numbers in the frontend.

What we expect from partner networks

Standard, but worth saying out loud:

  • Real-time conversion postbacks.
  • A written compliance addendum referencing CMS, TCPA, and HIPAA postures.
  • No requirement to run incentivized traffic.
  • Support for call recording with consumer notice (we capture and disclose).
